In keeping with our commitment to personalized service, our training, nutrition and weight loss services include a thorough initial consultation that’s a lot more than just a sign off on your health history. We want to understand not only where you are in your body, but in your life. We’ll get a sense of your lifestyle, your history, and your goals (not ours). That sets us apart.
After we get to know you, we’ll assess posture, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance via our exclusive fit test and then reassess every four-six weeks to measure progress. If you follow the regimen, we guarantee progress. Simple as that.
